Find Artists Coming Your Way
What is Gig Jockey?
Gig Jockey is a real-time networking and booking workspace for artists, organizers, venues, and agents in the electronic music and clubbing scene. Artists publish a profile and the dates they will be in a city. Organizers match people already traveling there by country, genre, and budget, then discuss and confirm the booking in one thread on Gig Jockey instead of through a separate thread of emails.
How do organizers book artists who are already traveling?
Artists post city dates, organizers match overlap, and both sides confirm in one thread.
Post a window
Artists publish an EPK and the dates they will be in a city. A manager can approve the window.
Match on the route
Organizers search talent already traveling to their country. The score is overlap on country, genre, and budget — not a global roster.
Book in-app
Negotiate fees, riders, and logistics in one thread. Confirm the booking without leaving the workspace.
Frequently asked questions
How does Gig Jockey matching work?
Organizers see artists who have already posted travel to that country. The match uses overlap on country, genre, and budget. It is not a search of every artist in the world.
What does an artist publish?
An artist publishes a public profile and the dates they will be in a city. A manager can approve that travel window before organizers use it.
